When we say Clockwork Cleaning enhances lives through clean homes, this page is what we mean. Every time a homeowner or business books a cleaning through us — a recurring house cleaning, a deep cleaning, a move-in or move-out cleaning, or a commercial cleaning — a portion of that payment goes toward providing free cleanings for people in our community who are navigating serious illness, military service, or a difficult season of life.
Who We Serve
Free cleanings through our Community Promise program are provided to three groups:
Cancer patients — People undergoing treatment often have little energy for household tasks, and coming home to a clean environment can make a real difference during a hard time.
Veterans — We are proud to give back to the men and women who served our country. If you know a veteran who could use a hand, please nominate them.
Families in need — Life can change quickly. Job loss, illness, or unexpected hardship can make it difficult to keep up with a home. We are here for families in those moments.
How Recipients Are Selected
Most recipients are nominated by someone who knows them — a neighbor, a family member, a social worker, a church member, or a friend. We review every nomination with care. If you know someone who fits one of these groups and would benefit from a clean home, please fill out the form below.
Some recipients reach out directly. If you are going through cancer treatment, if you are a veteran, or if your family is in need and you would like to request a cleaning, you are welcome to contact us. There is no shame in asking for help, and we will respond with respect and discretion.
How the Program Is Funded
This program is not funded by donations or grants. It is funded by our paying clients. Every house cleaning, deep cleaning, and commercial cleaning we complete contributes to a pool that makes these free visits possible. When you book with Clockwork Cleaning, you are directly participating in this program.

How to Request a Cleaning for Yourself
If you are a cancer patient, a veteran, or a family facing hardship, you are welcome to reach out to us directly. You do not need to be nominated by someone else. Call or text us at any time between 8am and 6pm, seven days a week, or use the form above and note that you are reaching out for yourself. You can also request a quote and mention the Community Promise program in your notes.
